Q1: What is an e-Invoice?
An electronic invoice (e-Invoice) is a digital version of a tax invoice required by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

Q2: Will I receive an e-Invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Every order on nlitmall.com.my will be issued with an e-Invoice in compliance with LHDN requirements.

Q3: How will I get my e-Invoice?

  • A PDF copy will be sent to your registered email.
  • You may also request a reprint by emailing account@nlitmall.com.my.

Q4: Do I need to provide extra information?
Yes. Please ensure your Company Name, Business Registration Number, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) are provided at checkout for business purchases.

Q5: Can individuals also receive e-Invoices?
Yes. All purchases, whether business or personal, are issued an e-Invoice.
