Manufacturer Warranty

  • All products are covered by official HP / Lenovo / Dell / Microsoft warranties unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty period varies (1–3 years) depending on product category.

Warranty Claims

  • For HP products: claims can be made directly at HP Authorized Service Centers.
  • For other brands, contact us at support@nlitmall.com.my and we will guide you to the nearest authorized service point.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or power surges.
  • Consumables (ink, toner, paper) are not covered under warranty.

Extended Warranty Options

  • Additional 1–2 year coverage is available on selected products. Ask our sales team for details.
