Manufacturer Warranty
- All products are covered by official HP / Lenovo / Dell / Microsoft warranties unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty period varies (1–3 years) depending on product category.
Warranty Claims
- For HP products: claims can be made directly at HP Authorized Service Centers.
- For other brands, contact us at support@nlitmall.com.my and we will guide you to the nearest authorized service point.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or power surges.
- Consumables (ink, toner, paper) are not covered under warranty.
